  • By enrolling in our courses or booking consultations, you agree to abide by our policies.
  • All information shared during consultations is for guidance purposes only and should not be considered as legal, medical, or financial advice.
  • We reserve the right to update our policies at any time without prior notice.

2. Course Enrollment & Payment Policy

  • Course fees must be paid in full before starting the classes.
  • We accept payments via UPI, Bank Transfer, and Online Payment Gateways.
  • Course fees are non-refundable once the classes have started.
  • Access to study materials and live sessions will be provided only after successful payment.

3. Consultation Booking & Payment Policy

  • Consultations must be booked in advance with full payment.
  • Payments are non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Courses: No refund after the first session has been conducted.
  • Consultations: No refund once the consultation has been provided.

5. Privacy Policy

  • All personal information shared with us is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties.
  • Payment details are processed securely, and we do not store your credit/debit card information.
  • We may use your contact details for future updates, offers, and promotions unless you opt out.

6. Code of Conduct

  • We expect students and clients to maintain respectful communication during classes and consultations.
  • Any abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may lead to termination of services without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All course materials, study guides, and video sessions are the intellectual property of Institute of Divine Astro.
  • Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of materials is strictly prohibited.
